RoseStone Scapes ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it, in line with Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada's PIPEDA.
What we collect
- Quote requests. When you fill out our quote form we collect your name, email address and/or phone number, your address or community, and what you tell us about your project.
- Website analytics. We use Google Analytics, loaded through Cloudflare Zaraz, to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, general location (city level), device type and how you found us. This uses cookies. We don't use it to identify you personally.
- Spam protection. Our form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from people, not bots. Turnstile processes technical information about your browser to do this.
How we use it
We use quote request details only to contact you about your project, prepare a quote and do the work you hire us for. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run this website:
- Cloudflare (website hosting, security and analytics delivery)
- Resend (delivering quote request emails to us)
- Google (Google Analytics)
These providers may store and process information outside Canada, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our business records, then delete them. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can also block analytics cookies in your browser settings.
